The present general conditions of use of the website myeli.fr (hereinafter the “Site Terms”) establish the terms and conditions that govern the use of the myeli.fr website.
«MEYELI» designates the S.A.S under the number 878152008 RCS Bordeaux, whose registered office is located at 381 Boulevard du President Wilson – 33200 Bordeaux;
« Newsletter » means the newsletter sent regularly by MyEli to a list of subscribers;
The «Site» means the website "myeli.fr" owned and published by MYELI;
L’«User» designates the person who accesses the Site from his smartphone, tablet or personal computer.
Use of the Site entails acceptance of the Site T&Cs by the User, who acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepted them.

The Site Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of difficulty in the interpretation or execution of the Site Terms, the parties must endeavor to resolve their dispute amicably. In the event that the parties do not reach an agreement within three (3) months of notification to the other party of the dispute, the dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bordeaux, including including in summary proceedings and other emergency measures.
